Game Console Stolen from Gainesville Residence

Police responded to a residential burglary in Gainesville at the 15000 block of Lee Highway/Route 29, where a video game system was stolen.

The homeowner reported the burglary must have occurred between the hours of 9:40 and 11:20 a.m.

“There were no signs of forced entry into the home,” said Prince William police spokesperson Officer Jonathan Perok. “Entry is believed to have been made through an unsecured rear door.”

A gaming console with games and equipment with a total value around $400 was reported missing from the home.
