Prince William County Police are searching for a Hispanic man in his 20s who exposed himself to a woman in a parking lot in the area of the 7800 block of Sudley Road near Sudley Manor Drive in Manassas on May 20.
According to the victim, a 31-year-old woman of Manassas, she was walking in a parking lot in when she encountered an unknown man in an early 2000 black Acura.
“During the encounter, the man exposed himself to the victim,” police spokesman Officer Jonathan Perok said. “No injuries were reported and the man never exited the vehicle.”
He said the suspect was last seen leaving the parking lot in the vehicle.
Police describe the man as Hispanic man, between 23 and 27-years-old, 5 feet 5 inches, 140 pounds, with black hair.
