Patient's First in Manassas.A physician at Patient First on Liberia Avenue in Manassas (20110) has been arrested for the alleged sexual assault of a male patient.
“The victim, a 23-year-old man of Manassas, reported to police that during an examination he was sexually assaulted by the accused, a physician at the facility,” Prince William Police Spokesperson, Officer Jonathan Perok, said.
Following an investigation by the Special Victim’s Unit, Prince William Police charged Dr. Tony Chieuvan Bui Nguyen, 35, of Oakton, Virginia, with sexual assault. Nguyen was arrested on Dec. 3.
Nguyen has been released on a court summons. His court date has been set for Jan. 13, 2015.
