A 61-year-old Manassas woman reported to police early Mar. 6 that a man exposed himself outside of her Blendia Lane apartment.
"She heard someone throwing broken tree branches at her rear sliding glass door. When she looked outside, she observed an unknown man immediately lower his pants and expose himself," police spokesman Officer Jonathan Perok said. "The victim closed the blinds and contacted police."
Police searched for the individual who fled the area.
They describe the suspect as a white male, 40-50 years old, 6 feet tall, 175 lbs with an unshaven face. He was last seen wearing a ball cap and blue jeans.
