Police Seek Help in Capturing Aden Grocery Robbery Suspect

Prince William County Police are seeking the public's help in locating the suspect involved in the July 12 burglary of the Aden Grocery in Nokesville.

According to police spokesman Johnathan Perok, detectives from the Property Crimes Unit were able to identify Jason Wayne Critzer, 28, of 8496 Charnwood Court in Manassas, who is wanted for burglary, grand larceny, possession of burglary tools and destruction of property.

"The accused remains wanted on active warrants. Attempts to locate the accused have been unsuccessful," Perok said.

Store surveillance cameras captured an individual stealing numerous items from Aden Grocery located at 13717 Aden Road in Nokesville at 1:30 a.m., July 12.

“Once inside, the suspect took two cash registers, containing an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency, and cigarettes,” Perok said.

After investigating the scene and reviewing the surveillance footage, the police reported that the suspect appeared to have used a crowbar to enter through the front glass door.

Critzer is described as a white male, 6-feet-8-inches, 180 lbs. with hazel eyes. The suspect has numerous tattoos on his arm, chest and neck.
