May 3 at 9:09 p.m., Prince William Police officers responded to the Somerset Pointe Apartments, located in the 7500 block of Equinox Landing Ct. in Gainesville, to investigate a burglary.
"The investigation revealed entry was made into the home through a rear patio window sometime between 10:30 a.m. and 9 p.m.," said Master Officer Renee Carr.
A laptop was reported missing. There were no signs of forced entry into the home.
