Prince William County Police are still seeking any information on the whereabouts of Lizeth Yadira Lopez who was reported as missing and endangered last week by family members.

She was last seen in Woodbridge one week ago.

Lizeth Lopez is described as a Hispanic female. She is 36-years-old, 5’4’’, 118 pounds with black hair, brown eyes and a tattoo on her left shoulder. There is no clothing description available.

“Lopez was originally reported missing to the Alexandria City Police Department on April 19,” said Prince William Police spokesperson Sgt. Jonathan Perok. “After her vehicle was located near her place of employment in Woodbridge on April 20, the case was turned over to Prince William County Police.”

According to Perok, the investigation revealed Ms. Lopez exited a CVS store on Touchtone Circle in Woodbridge at approximately 9 p.m., April 17. There has been no known contact with Lopez after 10 p.m. that night.

Members of the Prince William County Police joined with Fairfax County Police Search and Rescue Teams, including helicopters and canines from Fairfax County Fire Department and Virginia State Police to conduct a ground search near Ms. Lopez’s work on Pond Run Drive in Woodbridge, April 22.

“After an extensive search of the wooded areas near that location nothing of note was found,” Perok said.

Prince William County Police are continuing to ask for the public’s help in providing any information on the whereabouts of Ms. Lopez.

Anyone with information is asked to call the non-emergency line at 703-792-6500.
