UPDATE: Missing Prince William Juveniles Found

UPDATE, Oct. 3, 10:30 a.m.: Royce Ratcliff and Angelina Occhiuzzo, the juveniles reported as missing on Tuesday, have both been located and are safe.

The Prince William County Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating two missing juveniles, one who is classified as endangered.

Family members reported to police that Royce Ratcliff, age 16, was last seen Tuesday around 6:30 a.m. at his residence on Gullwind Drive in Dumfries.

Royce is believed to be in the company of another reported missing juvenile, Angelina Occhiuzzo, also age 16.

Both teens are believed to have left their respective homes voluntarily and are possibly in a vehicle belonging to Angelina. Royce may be in need of assistance, which qualifies him as being endangered.

Angelina resides on Andorra Dr. in Woodbridge. She is not considered to be endangered at this time. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of either teen is asked to call police at 703-792-6500.

Royce Ratcliff is described as a white male, 16 years of age, 6’1”, 150 lbs with dark blonde/light brown hair and blue eyes

Angelina Occhiuzzo is described as a white female, 16 years of age, 5’1”, 96 lbs with brown hair and brown eyes

Vehicle: A white 2011 Kia Forte, 4-door sedan with MD-temp tags: 223376T
