Prince William Police have charged the former youth pastor with Life Church on Balls Ford Road in Manassas with a third count of indecent liberties by a custodian after a second young woman has come forward to police.

Jordan David Baird, 25, of Warrenton, was charged with two counts of indecent liberties by a custodian back in July when investigators revealed the accused sent inappropriate text messages and inappropriately touched a 16-year-old female on more than one occasion in 2015. The contact allegedly took place inside the church.

Detectives from the Special Victims Unit obtained an additional charge against the accused, Tuesday, after a second victim was identified during the investigation.

"The second victim, a then 17-year-old female juvenile, reported to police that sometime in 2013 the accused made inappropriate statements and exposed himself to her while inside the Life Church," said police spokesperson Sgt. Jonathan Perok. "The accused also had inappropriate sexual contact with th victim."

Following the investigation, the accused was charged with an additional offense. The accused was previously arrested August 18, 2016.

His court date has been set for November 15, 2016. Jordan David Baird is currently out of jail on a $5,000 secured bond.

Last month, former Youth Director Ryan Trump for Greenwich Presbyterian Church in Nokesville was also charged with indecent liberties by a custodian after making inappropriate contact with a 16-year-old girl.
