UPDATED: Police Believe to Have Found Body of Bristow Murder Suspect

Update, Oct. 20, 1 p.m.: 

Police have confirmed that the body found on the baseball field is that of deceased murder suspect, Edward Hale.

Oct. 20, 11: 22 a.m.:

Prince William Police have announced that they have located the body of an adult male near the school baseball fields. The death appears to have been suicide.

"The body matches the description of our suspect; however is not confirmed," said a police spokesperson, posting on Facebook. "The investigation continues."

The suspect, Edward Everett Hale, 35, of Glen Burnie, Maryland, was believed to have killed a Bristow woman, Jessica Wilson, 31, after an altercation.

After finding Hale's vehicle located outside T.Clay Wood Elementary School in Nokesville, police had been searching the premises using bloodhounds and helicopters.
