Police Investigate Burglaries at 2 Verizon Wireless Stores in Haymarket

Suspects are described as tall men wearing black

Prince William Police are investigating burglaries at two Verizon stores in Haymarket, Tuesday morning. In both instances, the suspects are at large. 

Jan 23 at 2:18 a.m., Prince William Police Officers responded to Verizon 'Your Wireless' store located at 6436 Trading Square in Haymarket to investigate an alarm activation.

"The investigation revealed two men smashed the front door of the business to make entry. Once inside, the suspects took several phones and other devices before fleeing in a small light-colored truck," said Officer Renee Carr. 

The first suspect is described as a  tall male with a skinny build. He was last seen wearing a black mask, a black coat, black pants, black/white shoes, and multi-colored gloves

The second suspect was described as a tall male with a medium build, last seen wearing all black clothing and white gloves. 

Officers responded to investigate a second similar burglary, around the same time that morning. 

Jan. 23 at 2:27 a.m., Prince William Police Officers responded to the Verizon store located at 7457 Hillwood Dr. in Haymarket to investigate an alarm activation.

The investigation revealed entry was forced into the business through the side door. No property was reported missing at the time of the report.
