Sexual Assault Investigation – On June 10, detectives concluded an investigation into a sexual assault that was reported to have occurred at a residence in the Nokesville area of Prince William County sometime between May 1 and June 5.
The investigation revealed the victim, who was under the age of 15, during the above timeframe, was sexually assaulted by the accused, who was known to the victim.
Following the investigation, detectives obtained arrest warrants for the accused, Arturo Gomez Toribio.
Attempts to locate the accused have been unsuccessful.
Wanted: Arturo Gomez Toribio, 58, of Nokesville, described as a Latino male, approximately 5’3”, 150lbs., with black hair and brown eyes.
He is wanted for forcible sodomy and indecent liberties.
