Prince William Police are asking for the community's help to locate two of three suspects allegedly involved in attacking acquaintances at one of the suspect's homes Police apprehended the suspect accused of brandishing a firearm.
Assault by Mob | Brandishing of a Firearm – Prince William Police Officers investigated an assault at a residence 4300 block of Sudley Road in Haymarket, Feb. 12, at 12:45 a.m.
According to the police investigation, a group of people at the home entered into an altercation that escalated towards physical violence.
"During the encounter, one of the victims, a 31-year-old woman, was physically assaulted, while a second victim, a 25-year-old man, had a knife held to his neck," said Master Officer Renee Carr.
A short time later, another individual brandished a firearm and held it to the head of the male victim.
Eventually, the parties separated, and the victims contacted the police from a neighboring residence.
Minor injuries were reported.
Following the investigation, detectives executed a search warrant at the residence where they arrested one of the suspects, Anthony Aguirre, who they found in possession of a firearm and ammunition.
Detectives obtained arrest warrants for two additional suspects, Jasmine Denisha Garcia and Eric Yovany Melara.
Attempts to locate them have been unsuccessful.

Anthony Aguirre, 25, of 4303 Sudley Road, Haymarket, was arrested, Feb. 13. He was charged with 1 count of assault by mob, 5 counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and 3 counts of brandishing.
Aguirre's court date is pending. Bond is unavailable.
The two other suspects remain at large and are presently wanted by the police.
Wanted: Jasmine Denisha Garcia, 36, of the 11200 block of Chatterly Loop, Manassas is wanted for 2 counts of assault by mob and 1 count of assault & battery.
Jasmine Garcia is described as a Latina woman, approximately 5 foot 2, 150 pounds with black curly hair and brown eyes. Her photo is from 2022.
Wanted: Eric Yovany Melara, 33, of the 100 block of Centreville Road, Manassas. Melara is wanted for 2 counts of assault by mob, 2 counts of malicious wounding, and 1 count of abduction.
Eric Melara is described as a Latino man, approximately 5 foot 5 inches, 165 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. His photo is from 2022.
