WOODBRIDGE, VA – Prince William County Supervisor Victor Angry has been re-elected Chair of the Potomac and Rappahannock Transportation Commission (PRTC) Board for 2025 and will lead the Executive Committee. This marks his fourth consecutive year in this role.
Joining Angry on the 2025 Executive Committee are:

The PRTC Board of Commissioners is responsible for overseeing OmniRide’s mobility services as well as Virginia Railway Express operations in the region. OmniRide operates commuter and local bus services, promotes ridesharing, and works with local employers to encourage alternatives to driving alone. In the fiscal year 2023, OmniRide transported 1,574,882 passengers on Express and Local buses. For fiscal year 2024, ending June 30, 2024, there was an increase in commuter ridership attributed to a rise in people returning to the office and the introduction of commuter routes in Stafford, Fredericksburg, and Spotsylvania, with OmniRide transporting 1,950,171 passengers. Additionally, there was a steady increase in ridership for Local routes along with significant improvements in the reliability and availability of services.
The PRTC Board typically meets at 7 p.m. on the first Thursday of the month at the OmniRide Transit Center in Woodbridge. The public is welcome to view the meetings in real time or later at YouTube.com/PRTCtransit.
