This is a request to rezone 60.56 acres from B-1 to MXD-U, to allow for the development of multi-family residential units and commercial buildings. This meeting is being hosted by the applicant so that they can hear from the community and answer questions.
This will be an open house format, so please come anytime between 6 and 8 p.m. to review the proposed project, ask questions, and provide the applicant with your comments.
The Open House will be held at the Manassas Mall and will be located in the corridor leading to Uptown Alley in the space between the Furniture Place and Made Royalty.
