Abduction | Sexual Assault – Tuesday, Sept. 26 at 10:30 p.m., officers responded to investigate an abduction that reportedly occurred in the 12100 block of Sierra Sunset Lane in Gainesville, Monday, at approximately 11 p.m.
The investigation revealed that a male acquaintance approached a 22-year-old woman. When she refused to go with him, he grabbed her arm and forced her into his vehicle.
The accused then drove to a parking lot on Gateway Promenade Place where he inappropriately touched her. The woman reported minor injuries at the time of the incident.
Following the investigation, police arrested the accused, Marlon Danilo Neftaly Mo-Choc.
Arrested on September 27:
Marlon Danilo Neftaly MO-CHOC, 20, of 9739 Beech Place in Manassas was charged with abduction, sexual assault, and assault & battery.
