Manassas area hospital welcomes first baby born this year

MANASSAS, Va., January 2, 2023—UVA Prince William Medical Center is excited to announce the first baby born at the Hylton Family Women’s and Children’s Center in 2023.

Hazel Frances Alley was born at 1:09 p.m., Jan. 1, 2023, to Robert and Chelsea Alley. Dr. Taja Josephs delivered Hazel, who weighed 6 pounds and 15 ounces and measures 19.29 inches long at birth. 

Hazel will join her older brother, Benjamin. The family resides in Centerville.
